Acknowledgements
CES would like to acknowledge the 100-CES
Wildlife Club members who meet each Tuesday from 7:30 to 8:30 am for meetings.
We would like to thank their parents, who not only transport them to CES
each Tuesday morning, but also donate their time, energy, and talents to
the WildlifeMapping and Wildlife Gardening on Saturdays throughout the
school year. We need to also recognize the CES teachers (Chris Lichty,
Amy Brehl, Martha Orth, and Cathy Ney) who sponsor this on-going project.
But most of all, we are grateful to Virginia Tech (VT) for providing us
with the expertise in VT Wildlife and the VT Landscape Architect students.
Without their partnership, this project would not be possible. Members
of the VT Society of Landscape Architects that work with the WildlifeMapping
- in particular Lance Lindsey, who as president organizes and oversees
the project. VT Wildlife students who work with WildlifeMapping are:
Scott Klopfer, George Bauman, Kim Matson, and Kelly Rink. The Wildlife
Club is most grateful to the continued monetary support from the Virginia
Environmental Endowment (VEE).
